Can someone help me as above where can I get proper ones I'm replacing my radiator pipes and old clips are pretty rusted? Thanks guys/gals

OEM ones are stupid, you open then a few times and they become weak & leak.

Just get some normal screw type clips & you can re-use as much as you like.

You can get varying thicknesses etc when it comes to Jubilee clips, head down to your local B&Q or decent hardware store, say that you need something durable and they'll sort you out. for clamps/clips etc etc function>form. They're not expensive either.
