Alright lads feels like donkeys since i have been on the forum. Work has been crazy amongst wedding planning so decided to take a break from cars after my rs was stolen last year. As we are saving like mad at the moment i was stuck whether to go for a sensible car or somehting that had raw power and that i would keep for years..........decision was simple go stupid haha

I buy and sell a lot of vans and happened to be down at bca (british car auctions) when i came across this badboy:

Spec as follows:

2008 Bmw M3 4.0 V8
Black
35k
FBMSH
19" Bmw Alloys
Vented and drilled brakes all round
Full black leather interior
Auto xenons
carbon roof, wing mirrors and bonnet vents


The car is incredible in nearly every way. I had never owned a rear wheel drive car before so it took some getting used to and with all the snow we have had recently it was certainly a test. I dont have many plans for it to be honest. I have just put my plate onto it (not one in photo) and i am taking it to ross dunns to get it detailed in the coming weeks. After this plan is to get the following done:

wheels refurbed in either midnight purple or black again
New exhaust system
Possibly remapped

Whoever has owned or owns an m3 will know the cost of doing stuff is mega

Anyhow enough of the talking i hope you like the pics :nice:

That's beautiful mate, been looking at e46's myself as couldn't afford to run one of these, must be some noise from the v8!

Think I would just want to drive everywhere with the windows down and no stereo on lol

Good luck with it mate look forward to seeing what you do with it!

the noise is mental especially on m mode haha

sure i will catch you next time though in edinburgh or pop into the showroom :nice:
 
Sooooo jealous man. A car like that would be cool to own but not in Ireland because of the cost of tax on it. Well ware man
 
This looks a real bad ass dan . I hope you get another evo at some point aswell .

Yeah I know mate I had kinda stopped coming on the forum as moved in with the gf and been really busy with a new job, even put the ek up for sale as wasn't using it but decided to keep it, exterior is pretty much their now!

Ha ha can see all your money going on petrol from now on mate lol

You through in Edinburgh often these days? My car was through in rutherglen last month getting its mot done and I actually thought about popping in but wasn't sure if you would have been there.

Cool car, not a big fan of black but that's just me. As you say to modify any BMW let alone these is mega bucks! Cool car.
