alright lads,

thinking of buying this ep3 for a run around.

this is the spec:

95k
fsh - half main dealer
brand new 300 mm koni lowering srpings
2x brand new fron struts
2003
silver
bodywork is pritty much immaculate apart from a few stonechips

looking for valuations to see what people think its worth

thanks

Parkers state between £2,500 and £3,500 depending on condition, you stating it's immaculate would mean it's closer to the £3,500. Unless it's in a delearship in which case they should be looking for £4,250+.

Depending on the price it's up for I'd go in offering £3000 and see what they say.

^^^^ i would agree with that 100% tbh.

:)) 300mm koni lowing springs! :))

No wonder it needed new front struts

picking the car up 2morow wil fire up some pics

Drive carefully and try to feel hesitation at town speed on light throttle off to on etc etc

Still have not solved it

Wouldn't pay any more than £3k for it mate.

Is it the one in Edinburgh with big wheels on it, priced at £3000?

They seem to be a bit more expensive in N.Ireland probably due to the fact that we dont have a much choice over here being a smaller country.

Fair enough you can still get a 100k EP3 for £3000 over here but for a clean premier edition with average of 50-60k people still pay between £4500 to £5500 for say a 2005-2006

Imo they are definitally worth every penny, they are fantastic cars and are so much nicer to drive as a daily than say a DC2 or EK9 due to the fact that they have a load of sound deadening, k20 torque, 6-speed and in general a more modern car.

For handling and proper driving, the ek9 or dc2 would win no question but for a daily driver that is not used on the track etc the EP3 is a better choice imo
