as above looking for some help doing my swap

I have a bought a 2000 civic mb6 b18c4 as a donor car to swap the engine and gearbox into my facelift 1999 civic coupe ej6 d16y7.
1. need some help what engine mounts do I need to change I think its one at the back a T bracket mount and the top mount next to the timing belt side.
2. would I have to change the engine wiring loom not sure if the b18c4 come with a obd2a or obd2b engine loom the car is a x reg so it from 2000 and my ej6 coupe is a facelift 1999.
3. both cars have an immobiliser so what ecu do i need to run the engine.
4. anything else I should know or have missed.
