honda civic ej9 judder on 1st gear

i have a Honda civic ej9 1.4 year 2000,some morning when i drive the car i get slight judder when taking off on first gear,but after 5 mins its all perfect,only happens on first gear as i take off from stand still,
can somebody please help me an point me toward the right direction,do i need clutch and flywheel,please help me out,thanks

I mean when you put the clutch in an then first gear as u slowly release the pedal as ur about to take off I get judder,but only on first gear taking off but after 5mins or so it doesn't happen anymore
