Hi guys,

Here is my new civic ek4 vti, only had it for a week, its the second civic i've owned and i love it. Got some big plans for this. Hopefully will be able to share everything with you.

Also I may want to swap my seats and spoiler if anyone has anything they are willing to swap then let me know.

Thanks guys.

And for now I just want to do some breathing mods, nothing major. I want to change the seats and change the intake to a cold air aem v2. In terms of handling there's quite abit of work done to this already, miester r crd + coilovers, skunk 2 lcas, hardrace camber arms, twgiwa exbrace, stutbrace, also been corner weighted. Handles amazing.

Looking forward, I want to do some engine work, I want to stay NA and get max NA power. I've got some b18c cams but unsure whether do do engine work to the b16a2 in there already or go for an engine swap, something like a b16b or b18c.

Also want to go for ek9 s4c or a integra gearbox.

What else do you guys recommend I should do in terms of aesthetics and performance. Still looking at ideas tbh.

I'd keep the bomex spoiler, they look good and not as common as the spoon or ek9 that people tend to run. If you still want to stay B series i'd try looking for a well looked after B18cR or C6, after market cams, refresh the head, free flowing intake and exhaust and you should see around 210+ depending on tuner. My B18cR made 211 with more to go but had issues on the day. Or if you fancy it, a B20 bottom end and your head with cams should see 220ish but more torque. Possibilities are endless, just how deep your pockets are and if you can find the parts, nobody sells decent parts anymore.

Yeah I am going to stick with the bomex spoiler. The car already has a dc sports 4-1 manifold with a custom spoon n1 style 2.5 inch exhaust. It currently has a whale ***** induction kit on it but I'm looking to change it to a aem v2 or the tegiwa carbon box one. I've got the b18c cams but I'm not quite sure what to do . I'm thinking rebuild using a b20b or do a b16b or b18c conversion. Out of the 3 I want the to go for the most cost effective option. Me and my brother are chipping in halves for everything so we're just trying to establish what would give up best bang for our buck. Don't want to be over spending if it's not needed.

B20 bottom bro and use b16 head with ek9 or itr cams, add ur breathing mods and ull have good power

I most likely just going to stick with the b162 head and block. And put in the itr cams and get it mapped. I know numbers don't count but as long I see around 180bhp or so once everything is fine I'll be more than happy.

Hi guys, not done an update on my car in a while, just thought I'd share a few bits that I've done since owning this car.

New JDM ep3 seats now in, removed the buckets as not going to be going on track much.

Managed to fit these on the same rails I was using on the buckets

The custom exhaust i had on the car when i bought it was a little too quite so I've now got the spoon n1 back box and b pipe which sounds epic.

The most recent upgrade ive done is to replace the whale intake with a ITG maxogen intake and made a cold air feed in the bumper. I wasent sure on using the trumpet but don't look too bad. Used some ducting pipe which is attached directly onto the trumpet and the other end sits right under the intake, whats your thoughts on this guys, is there some specific ducting I can use or do i go with using silicone hosing.

Nice car! I was after a black EK4 for so long, but could never find anything clean. I think best performance mod is always gearbox first

Yeah I'm on the look for a gearbox, either a s4c lsd out the ek9 or a s80 4.4 or 4.7. That should be a good upgrade I hope.

Aha I've actually just put this car up for sale yesterday. Seen a dc5 I'm interested in, if I get the money I want for it then may be getting s dc5 . Anyone interested in this then let me know
