Hello am from Northern Ireland. Am trying to get insurance on a dc5 import but cheapest I can find is £1592.12 from admiral. I tryed flux and they said £2600 lol. Anyone any ideas who to ring?

Thanks

Damn. Must of stopped insuring them I guess

With NCB then £1500 isn't so bad. May have to bite the bullet and pay it
Really don't want to pay £1500.
Can get type r insurance for £699 so don't get why they are allowed to more than double it for a dc5 just cuz it's made in a different country.

I'm currently with Admiral and usually find them the cheapest. Price wise, they smashed every "specialist" insurer for me.

1500 with 0 ncb sounds not too bad to me! Same with ek9 vs ek4 not much you can do about it tbh, other than phoning around some more.

As above really, take the hit for a year. Once you get your 1 year NCB, I wouln't be surprised if the premium dipped below £1k come renewal time.

Way it is on them just. Know couple boys driving dc5's and there all with admiral.

Be different if it was £1500 on a Saxo or something!

Yeah greenlight told me to try them when I have 1 year ncb and they will sort me out.
