Im currently running standard Integra type-r dampers with Tein S-Tech springs, along with a 24mm ITR front AntiRoll/Sway bar and a std 16mm rear (both polybushed) not the best set up, but its all i could afford after finishing the rest of the car.

I originaly had it on standard ITR springs (along with the dampers), but the car sat very very high - much like a 4x4 so as a stand in i got the teins to lower it a tad. The back end is a little skittish for my liking, but ive got all the time in the world to tweak the suspension to my liking :)

As for tires - well im running some pritty awfull rubber - Dunlop Sport 2000's on the front, and some firestone poc on the rear - replacing these is my next big spend on the car after ive sorted out the last few niggles of the swap :)

Nice setup man, right now my ek9 has stock suspension, i want to buy the hks hypermax 2, but right now i dont have the money, i might think of using your setup since its the only thing i can afford right now, thanks for sharing your suspension info man :)

Welcome mate, how do you feel your suspension setup? what do you think it lacks off?

Well i guess some times it feels a little too unstable - especially under acceleration and breaking - but this could be more down to my crappy tires, so i guess ill see how it performs after i get some decent tires then make my choice. However i never planned to stay with this set up and ive been looking at a few brands such as Bilstine, ohlins and maybe Quantum if i can afford them  Along with some more bracing - maybe a cage in the future (when my insurnace will stop taking all my money) and uprating the rear rollbar to maybe a 22mm.

Oh and lots more track days to test it all out :D
