Headers DYNO Results !! On stock Integra Type R engine.

jdm integras 97+ have 4-1 before that they have the same like ek9

meagan makes a nice cheap header found on ebay , i have a 4-1 on my gsr engine and that thing helps alot. crome headers to.

hmmm..

I don't know about you guys but, SPOON header seems to make more power throughout rev range even though it peaked 187. There's huge increases in lower and mid range rpms compared to all of them...

I'd choose this one...

As far as I know, Toda (4-2-1) makes the most midrange power. Anyway, click here to see something helpful for you

hmmm, is the stock itr headers 96spec or 98spec? 4-1 98spec would be a different story...:)

Its probably on the USDM B18C5, which does not have the JDM stainless 4-1.

I'm guessing these results are before dyno tuning, which makes a big difference.
Also, the power and torque curves will be much different for the b16b, it has a different stroke and displacement. Most of these headers are optimised for a b18C and can will work on the b16b, just not as well.

I love my TODA:nice:

I hope some day to get the TODA 4 2 1 headers :D

I bought and fitted a toda manifold to my car yesterday. I replaced the stock manifold for a J's racing manifold and was very disappointed with it, the car made exactly the same bhp on the dyno with the stock and the J's manifold's but lost 8fpt with the J's.

I noticed an improvment in acceleration already with the toda fitted but it'll be good to see what it's like on the dyno

Skunk2 is coming out with a new MegaPower header to mate with their 2.5" and 3" exhaust. I can't wait to see the dyno results for that bad boy. I plan on being the first person in the forum to own one.

do you think it will out perform the toda? i am not so sure

I was thinking to buy a j's for my ek4.So are you disappointed with it??
is it so bad??i thought that was a very good manifold.

i dont think that the Skunk2 header will out perform Toda (Toda = Best :win:). for the price that Skunk2 is going to sell it for, it will not be beat (Skunk2 = inexpensive quality). but i do think that the header will get up in the 180hp range, mated with a Skunk2 MegaPower exhaust of course.
