Well took the car for its mot today after nearly a year being in my garage, was driving down a street and this old woman who was parked on the right hand side of the road decided to pull out and do a three point turn!

She never looked to see if anything was coming and i tried to swerve out the way but she hit me! Couldn't believe it! :angry2:

New door and wing, the quoter can be pulled out? Can't really tell in the pics

That's gutting! Atleast it's repairable. I have a drivers door should you want it.
 
in a case like this i think it would be perfectly acceptable have her put in a home but not a nice home one of those crooked homes were they steal ur pension
 
Will need a new wing, door and quarter panel. It won't pull out, big dent in it and a few creases.

Yeah it's going through her insurance, going to body shop on Monday for an estimate. So wait and see what's happens
 
and this is the reason why OAPs shouldn't be allowed on the road.

My cousin is a spray painter, he reckons it will get written off and a few other people who have seen think the same.
 
Have it written off and struck a deal with the insurance co. - take a bit less cash & keep the car. Use part of the money to have it "fixed" and turn it into a track car :) or break it for spares and you will probs have enough for two ek9s. I made easily £1500 when my old EK3 was written off following a much smaller accident.
 
If it does get written off then i feel its time to move on, fancy an S2000. Will get the car back and sell as damaged car or it will be broken into parts.
 
Aw mate that is so gutting, after waiting a year to drive it. I'd be in tears if that happened
 
When my ek9 got hit i got 5300 for the car brought it back for 1100 broke it for 6k.
 
90% written off and most likely cat c

Most cars are going down as cat c now, specially old cars
 
Buy it back,new door,wing get either a replacement quarter or it repaired to a decent standard and make it into an ultimate track weapon
