GB: Wilwood 4 pot brakes - £519.00.


I cant recommend these enough!!! Cadwell and Donington was amazing! The brakes where just fantastic, i was braking later than anything on track, so much confidence in them!

When bedding in, get them hot and follow the procedure that comes with the pads, otherwise you will get an annoying squeal!

Just one question Whats the pad thickness (DS2500) when new?? As i'm wanting to know how quickly they are wearing.
 
Thats great, i found that it was listed as 12.4 so thats a nice 2nd opinion.

Circa 3mm worn in 1200 miles, plus 2 trackdays.

The actual pad material is 9mm from new with the extra 3mm being the backing plate. Is that what your measurements included?
 
Ahhhh right, i'll double check today, it was only an "half arsed" measure though the wheels with a crappy tape.

The kit is one we have designed ourselves using Wilwood calipers, rather than just reselling an off-the-shelf kit, as the part number you quoted is for a complete kit and uses the Dynalite calipers and larger, thinner discs.
The one we've designed uses Midilite calipers and is made to fit over the standard 282mm discs and 15" alloys.
