Heyy, I've had my EK9 since March now and haven't been very good with joining forums etc, so thought id give it a go :)

Currently:
Black, imported roughly 2 years ago
Facelift
B18 c-R put in around 7 months ago

Plans:
Currently runing the wrong ECU (B16) but im planning on running a chipped P28 ECU
Planning on getting the bonnet and bumper resprayed due to some sun damage
Engine bay respray
Headlight restoration
New type R stickers
Coilovers
Wheels
(Pretty generic stuff until I know a bit more!)

Haven t done much to her yet as this is my first Honda but i'm slowly learning !
Any tips/advice etc are much appreciated :)

Thanks guys! No the blue DC5 is my boyfriends car :) ! He's sticking a Rotrex C30 supercharger on his later on this year so I think I need to step up my game haha!
I'm down in the redruth/Camborne area, where abouts are you? I haven't seen any other 9's down here yet

I'm from down in hayle, never seen your ek9 or the dc5. I'm often in the Redruth area as well
My ek9 is off the road Now but I drive a ek4 sir at the moment, used to have a silver dc5 that you may of seen around?

Would be good to get a look at your cars some time.
 
9 months of underfuelling. Wowza. You must drive like a milkman to not have a melted engine by now.
Dont even think of going near vtec and sort that out asap!!

Otherwise looks great.

Haha, well tbh I haven't really done a massive amount of miles on it as I had an operation the day after I got it so that stopped me driving for a few weeks plus a holiday to Egypt, also have been taking it easy in her until I've got the right ecu which with a bit of luck should be here this week! Fingers crossed ! Thank you ☺️
 
Just a but of an update.. Finally sorted out the ecu running a p28 socketed and chipped, had the whole front end, rear bumper and wheels resprayed plus better condition lights which has made a huge difference in tidying her up! After a lot of suspicion from driving the car i found that the previous owner had taken the lsd gearbox out, so what started as a simple clutch change ended up with putting a s80 lsd gearbox with 4.7 final drive in.
Fixed a lot of the issues and finally getting there!
Currently on the hunt for some new type R stickers, I've got the car in for show and shine st mimms at the end of the month and Honda can't get them till the 27th leaving it very tight on time! So bit of a long shot but if anyone know of anywhere / anyone that has them in stock that'd be great

Tegiwa sell the type R decals £40.00 I think.
 
That second picture down is about 2 minutes walk from where I live..

Can't believe I've not seen either car around

Oh really ! Yeah that is strange haha! Will let you know next time we are all having a meet up if you like ? There's a blog called project H and we all have a bit of a catch up every few months to see how everyone's cars are doing and meet new people:)

Yeah ok, would be good to meet a few local Honda people!
Do you have a link to the blog? I googled it but didn't have much luck
