Its a scatter shield on the gearbox, for safety purposes incase the flywheel decides to go for a walk

i guess you only have to think about things like this if your name is yasir and you have a habit ( well lets say healthy addiction ) of building civics with HUGE turbos on them.

never seen one in a civic .before .i remeber watching a vid of a drag car deciding to get rid of its flywheel.not nice at all.

Its only a evo 8 turbo, the last time she was running before I sold everything. I was at 28psi on pump fuel lol at the 400hp mark.
