We are Vtec Performance for those who don’t know us we specialise in Performance Hondas. We have been breaking performance cars for the past 8 years, we build and supply parts for the very best performance Honda’s in the country and abroad. We are Skunk2 main dealers and work with Tegiwa in the Uk for brand new parts. We have been doing swaps and full builds for many years now on a variety of different Honda models. We supply road cars and also performance Rally & Track cars.
Over the last 3 weeks we have built this K20a Dc2 Integra just for our show area at the Monster Energy JapFest 2014 here in Ireland at Mondello park Race Circuit. Just under 3 weeks to complete the build from a resprayed shell to finished car using all brand new parts.
The previous owner and good customer of ours, Derek Deans, had the car to an unbelievable standard already with a full respray, b18 build and enough Skunk2 parts to even have it registered as a Skunk2 Certified car. A true credit to Derek.
The car was parted out however the shell stayed intact with bumpers etc. Building a car from a resprayed shell of such caliber it deserved brand new and the best parts available to upkeep to the standard of the shell.

-Resprayed under carpet, around door and sills in original Championship White
-Paint is very good as the car was only ever used at weekend and rarely used on the roads.
At Japfest 2014, the car won 2nd place in the Autoglym Ireland Show & Shine Competition. We received some great feedback about the car in person at our show area also.
Engine, box and bay were fully degreased when swapped & the car fully undersealed. Interior of car is in great condition, no dash scratches or marks. Recaros and bolsters in very good condition, mats and carpet are very good. Car drives very well and very responsive. Wheel fitment is perfect for an aggressive stance look without being over the top. The total amount of money spent on the car is standing at €20,000 plus, when respray is factored in.
A lot of photographs supplied below, including photos of during the build. I have photographed a lot of cars, and a lot of Hondas, but this is by far the next level of a clean car.
This car is a show car in looks and in power, as we have built it to be. This car looks, sits, sounds and goes aggressive on the road.
