Hi guys,
I've been looking through the forum for a little while, I've wanted a 9 for years and in a few months I'll finally get my hands on one, so I though I'd join up and say hello!!
She'll be a fresh import from Japan through Torque GT. I've got a few plans for her to bring her back to a more standard look not to much else though... for now haha
Cheers Chris

VERY NICE.

i saw that on their website earlier today saying SOLD.. welcome to the forum by the way.

nice wheels and i like the back bumper too, and looks to be a Spoon N1 fitted. only 96,000 miles too :) Very nice

do you have a full spec ? think it said suspension work also.

congratulations dude.

Cheers dude!

The translation from Japan I was given by Darren from TGT said.

Carbon Bonnet
Rear tow Bar
CE28N (I dont know if they are legit Rays, but its what Darren said)
Rear pillar bar
Mugen Manifold
Front and Rear aftermarket upperarm.
Aftermarket height adjustable suspension (I'm guessing coilovers of some description)

And like you said it looks like its got an N1 fitted!

Apparently there's more as well

BOOM thats sounds sick !!!
To be fair if it has Mugen, Spoon and genuine CE28's they are probably a nice set of Coilovers on it :) :drive:
bet you can't wait to see what other goodies it has. it looks really nice and well done for importing another one into the U.K :)

I'd be bouncing off the walls with excitement haha

That was my thinking its not had cheap parts put on it that I know of, so hopefully should have a good set of coilovers! :)

I am bouncing! You have no idea! haha

Welcome to the forum and Nice buy,
Nice little list of parts there, not sure what it means by rear tow bar though? Perhaps rear toe adjusters?

The wheels in the picture aren't ce28n's I don't think but they look like enkei ES Tarmac, which are a nice light weight quality wheel anyway.

Nice buy buddy. Looks ready for some track action! If it's not already had track action...
Rear tow bar? I'm wondering if spell check kicked in(yo) and it actually means rear TIE bar?

Cheers lads, I wondered what it meant by rear tow bar.. but its been translated from Japanese so I wouldn't be surprised if it was a spelling or translation error, I'll find out in a couple of months.
I've got to be honest I didn't think they were CE28n's after I googled them, they didn't look the same but I'm not all that clued up on wheels so to be honest, so I wasn't sure.
As for track action.... we'll see, we'll see... hahahaha

To be honest I prefer these wheels to ce28n's I didn't even notice they weren't ce28n's haha.. Oooops

Hi Chris and welcome! :nice:

Great 9 and well done for bringing another one over...

I had on my translation through Darren at T GT from Japan 'front and rear tower bars' and when i got my set of photos it had Honda Access front and rear strut braces - so i strongly suspect yours will have an additional rear strut brace while of course the front is OEM in any case therefore not called out, this i think is the 'Tow bar'....i hope I'm right for your sake.....another nice extra!

As others have advised me, be sure to underseal it properly and preserve that clean underside!.....Torque GT will soon, if not already be offering the Dinitrol product and underseal.

Goodluck with the wait....it goes quite quick really, just a few days for me now.....i found it quite fun tracking the boat across the sea....bit nervous when it went past Somalia :nerv:!

Welcome aboard :)

Looks like a ace example ( like the back bumper )

Once you get the 9 keep us updated with a thread in the members ride section so we can see what you do to it

Maybe that picture will explain more.. It says rear tow and rear pillar bar, referring to both then I guess?
View attachment 30948

Although it doesn't have the logo on it, ( sticker so could have just come off )

from what i can see that is a Mugen rear strut brace :) search for mugen rear strut brace ek... and the picture of that come up on google.. Bolts one side and welded the other.
