    Hi guys

Trying to fit Ferodo ds2500 pads into my ek4 262mm front brakes but they just seem too wide? The location tabs/bits that slide into the metal clips are just too big

Are they meant to be grinded down or something?

    Thanks

I had a similar problem to this, I thought 96' DC2 262mm were the same fitment being 262mm, There not.

Bought some EK4 specific pads afterwards and they fitted spot on, Not saying this is your issue but it was mine in-case it helps.

Cheers mate. Ah right hmm I thought 262 was 262 and being Honda most things being interchangeable! Anyone any ideas if EM1 262 is the same as EK4 262 then? or any other models for that matter

I image the DC2 has a different carrier size to the EK's

The Em1 and EK4 have the same carriers as far as I'm aware

Is it fine to just grind the tabs down then to make them fit? Seems a common issue after Googling
