Ek9 ICU wanted

Ok guys..
My windscreen wipers kept blowing fuses—- so tried changing the motor— and that hasn’t fixed it..
Auto-electric guy tells me there’s no power even getting to the motor now, so pretty sure it needs a new icu.

anYone breaking an Ek9 or happens to have one of these in storage?/
Would be very greatful

Rain-X is good stuff— but Need some working wipers !

Part number should be 38600-S04-911, I bet it's the same as all the other EK civics, there's virtually no reason why they would have used a different one.
