EK Coupe
Picked up an EK coupe that had been sat for a while and needed bringing back to its best.

had some good bits BC coilovers, EP recaros etc, sporty, full Honda service history from new

its had the bumpers repainted at some point and not to a good standard/the grill painted with halfords colour matched paint..... will need the bumpers repainted

1st job was to sort the suspension luckily the BCs were free and easy to adjust, also put a Mugen rep lip on as the front didnt look right without a lip

then i set about sorting the Rotas out they had what i found out to be a common fault of the lacquer flacking off

after many hours of sanding and polishing i got them looking pretty decent

after some tweeking and a good clean got it looking good at 10 foot away

still got alot of things to do

put in the passenger recaro
Paint bumpers/side mouldings/door handles/repair any other paint related dents scratches
Sort the exhaust as it has an N1 rep for a hatch fitted and is to short -
New steering wheel as the current one is worn
New wheels as not a fan of the current ones
rear disc conversion as it doesn't seem to stop as well as id like

Looks good all cleaned up and with the lip.

Champagne Gold is one of those more unique colours, but with the contrasting black, it looks good.

good work so far, will look mega with a change of wheels and when the paint is sorted. Do you ever plan on sticking another engine in it?
