So from the title I have a EK Civic that I am converting its OBD2 system to an OBD1. I am installing a d16 turbo into it and I want AC. I have the engine built and with all of the accessories on it as well, including the Turbo.
My question is that from the images that I will provide I have a Carrot Top Tuning Harness and Sub harness, everything plugs right up, but the part that I am confused on is the sub harness includes what looks like a jumper that is a female connector for a OBD2B ECU. The prongs associated are for
Connector A:
16 - Fuel Pump Relay
18 - MIL (Malfunction Indicator Light)
19 - ALTC (Alternator Control)
30 - SLU (Break lock for A/T) <<< I dont have or need this
10 - PG1 (Power Ground)
How would I go about plugging this in? Do I use the old OBD2B Male Connector? If so, where does that old connector connect to even?
Also I plan to get AC in the car, the harness came with some spare wires, but only for the sub harness, I do not see anywhere on the main harness that has a spare for me to use for my AC. What fab would I need to do to plug this in?
I am new to the scene, but I want to learn and these questions might seem pretty mundane but I heard that OBD1 is better to swap to if I want to turbo my EK.
