The close up of the rear arch looks like it's had a bad paint job, looks pretty rusty in the inner arch also,

I think your better off spending out on a better shell
 
As said above, that shell just looks rough and has definetly been painted.

Save the cash and put it towards a cleaner car.
 
thanks for the input, i completely over looked that arch, i think im gonna steer clear of this one
