Cw ek9(english plates) spotted in belgium

Today i spotted a CW ek9 in belgium.
Whas behind him and by the look of it pre facelift
It whas somebody from england with english plates

Someone from here???

Whas surprised what happened tho ...
 
A s reg??
i drove behind him.
Had some spoon style mufler and saw some orange rear lower control arms.
At the red light we had a pull(sprint) and stayed right behind him,whas surprised
Mine is a stock ek4 with full ek9 header and exhaust
 
Was the beginning of the of the registration/number plate an 'S' ? Is what Martin was asking.
