hi, i have a 1996 EJ9 1.4 civic and put a b16a2 engine/box/loom/ecu from a 2000 EM1 coupe in it. The car did not start, was told this was due to an immobilizer fault so i went and got a conversion harness and prefacelift ecu from an EK9 fitted these and it is still not starting. The fuel pump at the rear is not even working when i turn on the ignition. Ive checked the ecu on a mates vti and its working 100%.
Anyone experienced this problem before? This conversion has bounda been done before thats one reason its bugging me so much.
Any help at all will be very much appreciated:please:

You need to move your fuel pump wire over 1 pin in your harness.

It will be in A16 now and you need to move it over to A15. This will prime the pump and let it start.

On my conversion harness? i cant see any A16, all three of the plugs are diffternt but all have a small A on the top beside the numbers. i tried moving the 16 wire on the largest(32pin) of my plugs but it didnt work...the other two plugs have both 16&15 filled already
my plugs are labelled 32P, 31P and 16P-thats it...!

Would the problem not be that you used a facelift obd2b loom in a obd2a car? didn't think the interior loom plug would match up with plug on engine harness
