I've been looking for a stage 2 or 3 clutch kit. I was going to buy the RPC clutch but seen more options like competition clutch or exedy stage 2 . Anyone got something to recommend?

If the motor is standard then what about a stock clutch?
Or is the motor modified?

I've used RPC stage 2 then 3... gone back to OEM now.. they can take enough power and drive soooo much better.

A mate of mine uses an Exedy paddle clutch on his RB25 drift car and has gave it hell for the past 4 years

So knowing the abuse it can take I fitted one to my k20 and never looked back... just make sure its from a reputable dealer as there are fakes in circulation and they are the ones that can fail. I bought my genuine k20 Exedy paddle clutch from @Tegiwa Imports

It's got stage 1 cams, 4 - 1 Manifold ,de cat , rbc manifold ect. 260 bhp roughly.

Would a stock clutch take that power? It will be used for track days ect.

Thanks for the input

The standard clutch should be ok and it will help to rev match when going down the gears.

When I removed the standard clutch from the engine I bought, the springs were loose.. I haven't seen this happen to a b18 clutch though only the k20
