Civic type r interior ?

Hi I'm new and from the USA and had a question what, if any, changes were made to the interior of the 99 CTR as opposed to the 97 CTR? I know the that in the states there are some differences between our 96-98 and 99-00 base models but just not sure about the type r just curious.

I don't think that steering wheel is a spoon one..It looks like a momo one with a spoon horn button...(looks fake to me)

Race base interior? Come on, the only thing that reminds me that its a Type R, is the gauge. That interior
can be found inside the cheapest civic around. Sorry for my bad words but, who ever the owner is, he really
has to do something quickly. This engine does not deserve this outfit

this car is the lightweight version of the civic type r! this interior was ment to be thrown away to the garbage when you install a roll cage and a bucket seat!

What do you mean exactly lightweight version? When did this version come out? Was it for track only? This should be one of the most tragic moments in Honda history. Lock it in, lock it in

thats correct, it came in 1998 to 2000, and it had no a/c no power windows, no power steering, and of course no recaro interior!

This is my stock 1997 E-EK9 momo steering wheel.Its the same as the 2002 Civic Type R. I saw E-EK9s with different steering wheels and those people claiming being stock ones Sorry for the bad quality, its because of lack of the day light . Has anyone seen this before?
