Castle Combe corn cutting.

I was stood on the bank infront of you, was a class OFF, all we could see of the car was the glass and roof as the corn was so deep lol :D
Dunx

A bit of hard luck there mate. You should of leaned on him a tad..

Some nice driving! how come you started so far back when your clearly pretty quick?

Do you have a build thread? What tyres are you running?

It was quite amusing driving out of it, when I eventually managed to fire it back up, as it was so high! :D

Shame none of the official photographers captured it.

Looking at the video again, I think I touched the brakes, I should have just nailed it down the grass as it was dry. A yellow flag had popped up back at the first chicane just as I was about to pass so a few corners later I was too impatient!

I only managed about 10 minutes of qualy due to my gear linkage failing, a very good friend turned up and went back home to borrow the linkage off his car so I could race, it was a crazy 3 hours in the paddock, thanks to the Cheese!

No build thread. Tyres were 205-50-15 V70A in hard (front) and 195-50-15 A048 medium (rear) :nice:

Bloody rover drivers ay!

you still not got that new wheel on yet!!! wheel and spacer would save you feeding the wheel at times

car looks to be going well :nice:

I badly need the electric steering kit to be fitted mate, once its on I can fit an aftermarket steering wheel, in the tight stuff I can do nothing but feed the wheel otherwise the diff just snatches. The video doesn't really show just how much I am having to fight the diff on exit, its savage, must have been 35 degrees in the cockpit at Combe, it was hard work :p
