Before anything please note, i am in no rush to break or sell this, had it for just over 2 months an enjoy driving this, so please no silly offers as you will not be entertained

Location: Halifax, West Yorkshire

No corners cut when this car was built with some serious quality bits

Some bits i am keeping for my personal siR, says in add so please read

Anybody interested in anything if i break? Shell not for sale, its a complete monster running 510whp, engine, box an turbo setup all in mint working order with no issues (can be test driven before buying) covered around 2k miles since all put together so ever everything is like new

Alot of people can vouch for this as it was at the last yorkshire jap meet

I’m pretty sure ive missed some things as this is all of the top of my head


BLOCK

B18c6 block
PR3 head
Darton sleeved,bored and honed block 82mm
B20 crank
CP forged 9:1 pistons
Manley con rods
ACL Race bearings
ARPs all round
S2 Pro 1 cams
Brian crower valves
Omni springs
Supertech valve guide set inlet & exhaust
New LMAs (spring type)
cometic head gasket 82mm .30"
New OEM Honda Oil pump
Meziere electric water pump setup with blank off plate/pulley
New OEM Honda timing belt
Every seal and gasket new OEM Honda

Darton sleeves were fitted by Guy at CPL Racing in Kent.

Engine build comprising of full block preparation,engineering works, full head strip, de-coke and rebuild.
Ring gaps set and bearing clearances checked

engineering works included...

Setup line bore mains including machining of main cap faces to ensure crank centre line remains and journal size within Honda specifications.

install supertech valve guides and ream to suit valves (including checking of housings).
Carry out 3 angle valve and seat cut - vac test to 1 bar.
Reface cylinder head -.004".
Micro polish crankshaft journals
-Arp bolts used Throughout
-ACL thrust bearings
-Baffled P72 sump (to allow clearance for girdle)
-New oil pump
-New water pump
-New OE seals,gaskets etc throughout
-Lightened and balanced crank pulley


HEAD AND VALVETRAIN

-PR3 head
-Port polished/gas flowed
-New OE valve stem oil seals
-Brian Crower valves
-Omni power springs
-Omni power retainers
-Skunk2 pro series cams stage 1
-Skunk2 pro series cam gears
-Skunk2 inlet manifold (port matched to TB)
-Skunk2 Throttle body 68mm
-Custom inlet manifold gasket
-Full OE seal kit
-New OE vtec solonoid seal

GEARBOX

-Original y2 cable box
-Quaife ATB Differential
-Synchrotech carbon lined synchro-mechs
-New OE bearings
have 1st,2nd and 5th from the y1 and 3rd and 4th from the j1. also used the mainshaft from the y1 , final drive is now 4.25.This is to give me more time in 5th. Because before the engine wanted to keep revving but there was no gears left (needed a 6th gear)!

Also changed 2 mainshaft bearings (fully caged) and replaced the driveshaft seals for brand new oem honda ones

-Clutchmasters Lightened flywheel
-Clutchmasters race clutch
-Changed 1st,4th and 5th for longer gears from another box
-Launch control sensor wired to clutch arm
-Short shift kit
-Gear change bushes changed for polybushes

TURBO

-Garrett GTX3582R ball bearing turbo, water an oil cooled
Custom turbo manifold
-Tial Wastegate
-Custom downpipe with screamer going back into exhaust
-Heatwrapped downpipe
-HKS intercooler
-Custom intercooler piping
-Samco pipe joiners

ELECTRICAL

-Hondata v3 bluetooth
-boost solenoid
-Launch control
-Various knock sensors wired to engine
-Ap2 s2000 digital dash
-s2000 push start button
-wire tuck/simplify and abs wire removal
-HKS digital boost controller
-Homemade earthing kit

IGNITION

-MSD Pro Billet Distributor
-MSD Ignition Blaster Coil
-MSD Ignition SC Coil Driver
-MSD 8.5mm super conductor leads
-High performance spark plugs (not purchased yet)

FUEL SYSTEM

-1000cc injectors
-AEM fuel rail
-AEM fuel pressure regulator
-b&m fuel pressure gauge
-walbro high performance fuel pump
-Sytec fuel filter and mounting bracket (fuel cell with swirl pot)

-NSX twin pots up front (rebuilt with genuine bits) (KEEPING)
