yet more stuff off the car and cleaned down. Tempted now to get the engine out and clean up the subframe and clean in round the engine bay! :nerv:

Bit of surface rust that i didnt see with the tank in the way but its getting sorted now.

Treating the strut tops as the rears where a water trap and starting to get a little crusty, but they've all been cleaned down, painted and now sealed in waxoil!

as for the pads,that also happened to a set of "project mu" i was running :(

lol, was gutted when it came off! havent got at much this week with work but should get the bushes done next week and then begin building it up again (well the rear anyway! :secret:)
 
little update: ARB's back on with new polybushes, rear brace treated/painted and back on. Fuel tank treated/painted and back on! Havent got round to the bushes yet as my punto decided to blow both front shocks and try and kill me! (oil round the brakes = arse hole clench! lol) but got that sorted today so this will be getting back on track!
 
Good work mate....going to start mine as soon as my garage is finished it will be super clean when completed....
 
Well not so much of an update but what I've yet to put on the car! lol. Got a bunch of things off ricky (eternal) today and had to get opening them up and looking at them! The strut braces looks awesome! :D

Some lovely parts there man. Will really freshen her up. the strut braces look better than the pwjdm ones :D must get to omagh for a nosey at this some day sir.
 
got the break calipars all cleaned up this evening, What a pig of a job! However i noticed one of the rubber seals on the outer carrier on one of the front brakes is slightly tore! is it possible to get a replacement for this or do i need to get a whole new bit? :(
