Beginners Must Have Mods for a EK9 / EK4

That was my first modification on my Integra b18c:

2.5" Exhaust
Mugen Replica Exhaust Cat
K&N Intake Filter
JUN Header
Spoon p73 Ecu

It feel great!

How much HP/torque would these typial mods see you? Cat back Exhaust, Induction kit, Header. Does a re map release much more power?

It's hard to say as it depends on the mods involved. A remap after the mods has been installed will improve the performance but it really depends on the mods to see how much power will be available afterwards.

Such a Mugen / Spoon header looks nice. Does it also bring any advantage in horsepower? What are the costs and what is a good / reliable place to buy such a header?

Regards!

Good thread :) think i might look into getting a good header just bought my ek9 and want t buy it something :) ha

I really want a Spoon Sports breathing setup but I know I'm looking at alot of money, I read alot about Spoon not having huge gains and alot of their bolt on parts being close to stock parts

I bought my ek9 standard in April over the last 2 months I've added a plm tri y header, full fujitsubo rmo1a cat back (de catted), a tegiwa whales cock induction kit and a p08 ecu tuned on chrome by Henry at hhh tuning and it's now at 201.2 bhp from the b16b. I've jut bought parts that can be interchanged with a b18c so if the time comes to do a swap, I don't loose a fortune!
