B18c4 turbo. 500bhp target. Parts list.

Stock fuel system and Ignition system will do 500 horse easy, just need pump and injectors.

Don't need baller parts just the correct combination!
Before you build anything you need to find a good tuner and speak to them.

Idrees?

Hope you're well.

I'm doing something very similar at the moment but I'm using a stock liner'd B18C4 with just pistons and rods.

Going together with a GT3071, which should be good for 450 to 500hp.

You should pop round, I'm up near Clayton we can have a chat.

Tahir hows it going? That does sound like a nice easy way of doing it. Just got a spare b18c4 i could do this on. Its on 120k but runs fine with equal compression. Ill be in touch. Just letting zee fix a few issues with my car atm

If it was my money....

Darton mid sleeves bored to 84.5mm, taking the motor out to a 2L
Type R cams
mild upgraded valvetrain
Pretty much any piston in the 9-1 to 10-1 cr range (wiseco, cp etc)
Manley rods
3 or 4 bar map sensor doesnt really matter which
Any 1000cc injector based on the bosch ev14 (IDs, grams, asnu etc)
Gtx3076 gen 2
More costs than matts and arguably no more reliable at your power goal but thats what id do.
the 9-1 and 10-1 cr does it include the 8.8-10.2 and the 9.0-10.4 if so which one would you recommend

Hi mate, very basic list but I would...

CSS block (use the C4)
Any good rod, Manley/crower etc
Wiseco forged pistons
Valve springs and retainers
Use stock cams, will piss 500
1000cc injectors
Hondata S300

I'm running 450bhp on a stock block with an evo turbo, in an ideal world I'd run the above setup.

I don't understand what your question is...

Any good shop putting your sleeves in would want at least 1 piston so they can bore it accordingly

I have got darton mid wet slevves 81mm to 85mm my question is or should I say what pistons should I use ?? as in what size I may be over looking something here or not understanding ..also I have not got any shop to look at doing my block yet but I am looking clockwise motion on doing it

theres info on that on the first page of this thread. Size of piston depends on several factors and its probably worth you doing some reading into the topic if you are not sure
