You've tried everything I would, the only other thing I could suggest is trying a different ecu maybe? Have you wired the TPS directly to the ecu yet to cut out all the loom?
Yeh I've eliminated the wiring, but no I haven't tried another ecu.
Does it happen every time? Or intermittently?
It happens more times than not.
The Tps trace is in the bottom segment of the picture and it's the green line at the top with that spike you see? That's the Tps dropping then going back up. As you can see the boost pressure remains constant

Is that the iat and inj duty cycle dropping at the same time then?

Can't see for looking lol! Is that a result of losing the TPS then, the drop in both of those? I was just wondering if all sensors on a +5v feed were dropping at the same time......not so if the iat is ok, unless it has its own separate feed.

It's only the Tps that drops I think and that causes the injectors to drop too.
I've got a can of petrol and a lighter that could fix it.....

Are you at that stage now lol!? I've been at that stage many a time, leave it a few days and go back to it, probably find it straight away haha!

I've left it 2-3 weeks because I couldn't bare the sight of it. Now I can drive it again I feel the same.
It's just such an annoying fault and I can't find it

We can use my ecu on your car sam.
Have you tried watching the reference voltage for tps yet?

Like ive said when i had this issue it turned out to be the pins in the harness, bought another cheap ebay harness and its been fine ever since.
We can even use my harness to test it, if it works then leave it in your car and ill get another one for mine.

Nice thinking but the injectors are at 12v, a voltage problem overall i think would cause a larger drop in pulsewidth but obviously we wont rule anything out.

Bring it round tomorrow and it will be fixed before it leaves. Ill stick my entire wiring loom on your car if i have too!

Its worth looking at although mine is fine now even with the wideband input still. I can log the afr with my LM2 complete standalone of the ecu to check whats happening. Its worth a punt for sure. Esp as the ground for the wideband is at the same location...

My bet is on the jumper harness, even the top quality ones can have issues. Like jesse says he got a new one and its solved the issue. Either that or the ecu as these s300 seem to be very temperamental. Go to Jesses and swap one thing at a time until solved :)

Either way i have one thats known working so thats worth a punt, mikes wideband suggestion is also a good idea for us to check. Simply moving the earth for that could resolve the issue, we put it there because we wanted the lowest ground offset(for accuracy)

:troll: It's fixed!
Found the problem it was the wideband earth thanks @MadM1ke87 !!

I fixed it Saturday, and also moved my air filter to lower the intake temperature.
On Sunday I drove to @jesse888's and we did some more tuning :win:

More updates and pictures to come soon, we're Working on some minor details ATM.

Boost loading..........
