Recently I have started to get back into fixing my car which has a spun bearing. We haven't taken the engine apart but I plan to go full bottom end rebuild anyways. What would be the best parts for the engine going little bit past OEM spec? A list with prices would be appreciated Thank you!

I'd rebuild the bottom end to OEM spec then look at getting more aggressive cams, could port and polish the head while its apart. Unless you want to splash out on higher spec pistons etc like Wiseco pistons and/or go high compression or bore it out. Can be a bit costly though depending what you want

See I thought about going OEM on the bottom and getting better cams. What cams would be better for the head than the Type R cams?

Probably not. About 250 for the crank at a guess. Rods arent likely to be expensive.

You could get some skunk2 tuner or brian crower cams both popular choices - (would benefit from higher compression but depends on the amount you wanna spend) you could skim the head though to slightly help plus a port and polish. Or as said get a B18 crank for the bottom end which would improve the torque, if you can find someone who is splitting a b18 - make sure it's a good condition crank!. Rods are pretty cheap and should be sourceable easily enough.

Go aftermarket n use a tuner 3cam it'll be as close to oem spec as possible use eagle rods & wiseco pistons
