due to needing a new flywheel I've had a quick search around for some and found this which is made as a single lump rather than shrunk onto the starter ring gear thus avoiding the problem causing me to change the flywheel anyway

whilst the gearbox is out I thought I may as well change the clutch so would this be compatible?

I'm going to get some flywheel bolts too but will I need a pilot bearing for the flywheel? or will there be one included?

I'd also like to know what else I could go for in the similar price range? don't need anything above stage one clutch as I'm not going to be doing many power mods for a while

Yes, I've always much preferred the single piece chromoly steel flywheels, Honestly could not see the point in the likes of fidanza flywheel design in terms of durabilty with all those bolts and being aluminium. I had an F1 racing in my last car, did the job fine for the price and a very similar design and construction to that RPC one.

I haven't heard much about the RPC clutch, If it was me I would be putting an OEM Integra Type R clutch in as it's a tried and tested item. I doubt the bolts and bearing are included but OEM Honda Items should work fine.

good to here that the flywheel will be good :)

whats the advantage of OEM ITR clutch over EK4 clutch?

Anyone?

Also how many litres of oil do I need for the gearbox?

I've got the oil lined up at £ a litre :) just needed to know how much.

Thanks
