Anyone have the Eibach sportline springs?

If i'm correct, I also think that JDM'd.....s civic is also on ek9 shocks and he has sportline springs. His looks like it sits even front and back and not far higher at the back like ours but it also doesnt look lowered 50mm.

I want to know what eibach say about these springs Chris. Yes spek9 I agree with you. Mines is on ek9 shocks. I need it to go lower!!!!!!

I've been told to take some measurements from centre arch to centre wheel. Just wondering what measurements you guys are getting? I'm gona measure mine today i'll post up the measurments.

Yup, do measurements from the arch to the centre of wheel :)

Whats the latest info on the springs guys? Car needs lowerage! :(

I have emailed Chris, but haven't heard anything back yet

i've had my springs refitted and bump stops cut 35mm , imo I think it has dropped the tiniest bit more or maybe im being hopefull lol . car is at the bodyshop atm will get pics and measurements as soon as I get it back.

Are these fitted with your standard ej/ek shocks? Let us know how you get on! :)

It sucks big time! Yep your right about the bump stops, didn't work for SPek9 doubt it would work for vk9. Wonder why 'civic luke' got the right drop:confused:

You mentioned via pm that the springs have to be sent back to Eibach to test whether they are faulty or not. They haven't dropped the car by 50mm like it says on the box and on your website so I'm guessing they must be faulty. TBH, this has been nothing but hassle for me as well as a waste of money as the fitting didn't come cheap and now having to remove them will also add to the costs. I'm aware that it's probably Eibach that have screwed up but I'm not willing to wait another few weeks or even months for a set that lower properly so I would prefer a refund.

This is exactly the same position that I am in and I would like a full refund also as it is Eibach's fault that has caused this problem so they can credit accessoryzone back for the faulty spring sets that they supplied:angry:

My springs are now out and ready for collection for refund

SAME! just had them re-fitted aswell , how inconvenient!!!! :(( :angry2:
if they're getting sent to america , its probably goin to take over a month or so for them to decide whether they are faulty or not and to send the springs back .
Eibach should send us a free set of shocks each aswell !!!!

:angry2:

doubt you guys have to wait for them to be tested! thats the retailers issue to chase his supplier - you just send back the items for your refund (distance selling regulations and all that malarkey)

i'd be pissed if i'd bought some of those springs!! i have 35mm Eibach springs fitted to 98spec JDM ITR shocks on my eg6 and they sit exactly how they should!

vk9 could it be that you've installed the front springs on the back which is why both me and SPek9 have more arch gap at the back and you have more arch gap at the front?

would front springs on the back not raise it up even higher?

old trick (maybe not the safest or most comfortable lol) was to put the standard rear springs in the front for a big drop. think its because their softer and arent meant to hold the weight of the engine.
