Umm.. lol right so was meant to be booked in today for some work and he gave me a date, and mentioned an "ideal" time asap but not fully set. Awaited a set time but he just gave a date. Then ON the morning I message first to double check and apparently I've now missed the time that wasnt even confirmed eventhough its barely past it lol and is now busy with another car that's apparently got to be done.. Not even gonna bother re-booking. Good thing I sent a message first. Some places are so shite:lol:Posted to share experiences for a heads up to anyone.

Is that performance autoworks near fairford?
I know a friend that uses them all the time and he highly recommends them.
I think they usually have a fairly booked diary, they look after racecars etc iirc.
Did you have it properly booked in? Or just a pop by sort of thing?

Thats the 1 mate. From their reviews and pictures of work they look decent for sure that's why I was going to use them. I was given a booked date weeks ago but no confirmed time, it was not a major job I was booked for and would take under an hour. A message in the morning or something to confirm would be nice but good thing I sent the message first early morning on the day.
