Just wondering wether the rear abs sensors need a bracket to mount onto the hub properly?

yea i think they do i had the same problem in the middle of a rear brake conversion but the sensors from drums dont fit so im getting sensors and brackets from an ek4 hope this helps

I got the sensors but i never got any brackets....

The sensors will work without that dude its just a cover that goes over the abs sensor... Do your trailing arms not have this cover?

You don't need the brackets mate, they are just to help keep the ABS lines away from trailing arms etc. And the 37 pictured is to help keep the sensors clean and free from dirt, prolong life and reduce risk of dirt getting in there I guess, not necessary though! Zip ties are your friend...

Apparently the sensor itself hits the abs ring when its directly bolted onto the hub and hits the disc when spaced out?

Old thread but the only one I have found that talks about the sensor itself. So with that said. Are all ABS sensors the same for rear disc brakes on Hondas? And does anyone have rear left and right sensors up for sale. Also if I get just the sensor can I re-wire the sensor into my car I have rear drum now and am going to a Ctr 5 lug. Thanks
