Found this video very interesting and only came across it recently.

15 vs 16 debate touched on, And I didn't realise there were as many engine differences in 96's & 98's like the injector spray pattern, Piston clearances, Proof of the increased valve machining completed by robots.

They talk about the '98 understeering more than the '96 I've a feeling the larger 25mm front ARB might have a part to play here... hmmmmm I'd be tempted to try a '96 24mm in to see if my car would have a sharper turn/more agility combined with the 98 rear 23mm ARB.

Love **** like this!

My car came with a whiteline thick front ARB, 27mm iirc and all it did was understeer as the previous owner didn't change the rear ARB at the same time

I fitted a standard front ARB and it was a different car

To reduce understeer on your car you can stiffen the rear shocks and slacken the front next time your on track and have a play about, I find the damping changes make a big difference

Also running a wider front tyre can help but it does induce a fair bit of oversteer esp when cold if your not expecting it

That is pretty big at the front, Would need something like a Hollow 32mm ASR to compete with that on the rear! Just show's you bolting on nice bits doesn't always have a positive effect. Yeh I always like a car you can control the rear with using the throttle to an extent, Plan to have a play about indeed!
