    Hi All, I think this has been covered numerous times but I’m wondering what exhausts people use on track? I was inbetween with the RM01A and Twin Loop but keep hearing that the Twin Loop is heavy and too restrictive. Any help is appreciated.

    Hi All. Can anyone make a recommendation of where I can find this? Currently, only found the sets on RHDJapan but this is buying the bushing sets individually. I'm wondering if there would be an easier / cheaper way of buying these? Thanks in advance.

    Items and parts I used for Spoon brake swap: *Spoon twin block calipers for EK4/EK9.. *Spoon inner spacer set *Spoon brake pads *Dixcel type FS rotors "282" 4x100, quite non-standard spec but I decide to keep 4x100 bolt pattern. But you can go with 5x114,3 or whatever you like. *Hel braided lines

    Old Honda and Mugen manuals

    Just randomly came across this facebook page where someone has scanned loads of old manuals including Mugen parts, honda access, detailed specs etc etc... Even tells you how they rust proofed the EF, i didnt think they bothered! :D Honda Civic EK, Ferio and Mugen parts...
