13:0:1 is pretty crazy. you'll want to get stronger versions of everything, but at the same time they gotta be lighter. if you got the money to spend, it can be reliable, but wont last too long. a lot of engines with high compression ratios get rebuilt a lot.

i think the bases are different angles.

whats the idle like? bogging? jumping up and down? too low? too high? it can be a series of variables taking its part in the cause.
