i need to know if you can just put a set of dials into an ek2 civic ( 1.3 jap civic 99 ) without having o do any extra wiring as there is no rev counter in these standard ??

hav just got my full liscence and am desperately lookin 4 a face-lift civic 1.4 but would take a 97 or 98 pre face-lift if goin cheaply . not afraid of a car dat needs a bit of tlc and wud love if the car in ireland as i liv in wexford . budget is around 2000 euro

does anyone know if the facelift civic ( 1996-1998 ) 1.4 ever came with abs and if all the newer model 1.4 ( 1998 - 2000 ) came with abs ??
