Sounds like I'll be putting the car back to standard for every test so Has anyone heavily modified their cars and given their insurance companies a detailed list? And if so what so of increase are you talking on the cost of your policy?

Hi folks, Just wondering how far you can take your car with regards to making it a track weapon while still keeping it on the road and putting it through the NCT? (National Car Test is the Irish equivalent of the MOT) Basically can I rock up to the test centre with a stripped out interior...

Unfortunately there is about €300 euros in the difference in tax in Ireland. Works out about €1000 a year :(

Ye I'm looking at the 06-08 model k20 version. I know it's only 155bhp from factory but it's main purpose is to be a solid family car I can play around with. The K24 model would be too pricey on tax for me and it's very hard to find a clean euro r... I'm thinking with some bolt on mods it might...

Hi folks, Have been looking at the Accord type s as a family car. It seems to tick a lot of the boxes, its a good size, looks good, has a K20 :o, and is 6 speed which is handy for cruising... Just wondering if anyone has one, or had any experience with them? Any pics or links to threads...

My dream 9 would be one I built from the ground up. Start off with a rolling shell, preferably Y56, and building it with all new genuine honda nuts, bolts and seals etc. Keep it as light as possible without compromising too much comforts, standard EK9 body parts minus a carbon fibre bonnet...

Clean EJ9 my friend as some very nice mods done so far. Great job on the headlights. What colour silver did you use?

Have a 98 E36 BMW 320i which I will part-ex for an EJ9 as well if anyone is interested?

From what I remember, when you disassemble the headlight and take the front casing off you'll see that there is a plastic cover surrounding the bulbs that you can remove. Paint this bit only, not the reflective casing. Hope this helps.
