It's great to see that you still own the car and that it looks in great shape!

Nissin brake boosters and prop valves

If you look around Google you will find the same prop valve with various diffrent production numbers. I can't be sure why is that, but I assume that it have to do with their production date. If it matters my 40/40 prop valve came in packaging with blue label, which should means that it was...

Nissin brake boosters and prop valves

I have a ABS brake booster from DC2 Type R with number NM290V stamped and yellow sticker on it. The number stamped on my 40/40 non ABS prop valve is 01806(big number 6 or it's G, not really sure), something like that. Unfortunately I have only one picture of it and it's not very clear. The...

    EK9 Rear Bumper Bar

I remember that guy on Ebay with the bars. They looked really good, but before I got one he removed them from the site(I think that he even closed his shop). What I will do now is to just remove the rotten center bar(I aready did) and weld a new one and save me some money in the process.

Lower seat rails for OEM seats

I had a DC2 SR3 seats on DC2 rails in my EJ and to me it felt absolutely perfect. I had to modify it a bit(cut, weld new piece and drill a hole) in order to bolt it properly. I much prefer the OEM seat rails than any aftermarket rails. P.S: I have never tried any other seat rails for the SR3...

    Ek4 F1 édition

There is barely any information on the web about this F1 edition, but as I understand only 350 are made. They all come in silver color, with OZ wheels and checkered flag graphics on the rear quarter panels, with F1 stickers on the boot. Here is a link to an example that is for sale right now...

    JDM CTR Gauge Cluster

It is indeed a low price. Right now on ebay prices vary between £500 and £1100. All I want to say is that I'm glad that I have bought a mint one years ago.

    JDM CTR Gauge Cluster

Yes, they are plug and play. It's indeed a good price, at least compared to current market prices. If you decide to buy it make sure that it's in fully working order. Also you may ask for more images of it, some of the cheaper ones have faded colors.

    Ek9 Rust

Thank you for the reply. It's going to receive a K under the hood, with EG subframe, which will be seam welded. I also have genuine ASR brace for the rear subframe, something that is a must due to my 24mm ASR sway bar(I'm still to find out if that size is an overkill). I plan to seam weld the...

    Ek9 Rust

I will also appreciate some images of the areas that are reinforced from the factory on the EK9. I always wondered what is seam welded, but still haven't found images and solid information about these areas, Since we are on the seam welding topic, anyone got recommendation on what parts should...

    Server Hard Drive Failure

Thank you for keeping it alive in times when forums are not very popular platforms! I still find the information on forums like EK9.org extremely helpful.

    My 1999 Championship White EK9

If the leak isn't from the rear lights seals, you can check the seals on the vents under the rear lights. If you can't change them, just use some sealant.

EK9 sold Japanese auction £57,000 WOW

Truth to be told, this car is an exception due to it's low mileage. Most average lads don't look for collector items or museum cars, so they won't be interested in this type of examples anyways. But this auction clearly shows that these cars are more valuable now and there are people that are...

EK9 sold Japanese auction £57,000 WOW

If I have to guess, I would say that the new owner is from Malaysia or the states. Just wait for the guys from the USA to be able to legally import the EK9's...

What size should I go for my TE37's ?

I woulds say that 15" is my favourite size for EK/EG, but to be honest 16" will give you more freedom for future upgrades of the brakes. Tire choice and prices are also better in 16". As for tyre size - I personally will go for the same sizes as you (for a street/backroads weapon). That said, I...
