UPDATE: used my mates smoke machine today, found a leak the turbo side of the intercooler, fixed it and now it's boosting better and when it should. BUT no matter what setting I'm on its still only about half a bar... Any ideas? As I'm running out of them now.

R888 or Dunlop DZ03G are supposed to be quite good.

Stoptech discs & carbon Lorraine RC6 on the front, oem & DS2500 on the rear, ATE TYP200 brake fluid, stops perfectly and never had any issues on track.

Okay, will have to give that a check then, take it just need to operated the wastegate is if the actuator would make make sure it's opening the wastegate? Because it's moves free as a nothing from the outside (where the actuator attaches) I'm out of idea's now, just want to sort it out.

Update: bypassed the boost control valve and the fitted my old actuator, no difference. Next step, MAP sensor? And I will smoke test for leaks when I get the chance to use my mates smoke machine.

Doesn't make any difference, 0.5 is maximum on any setting. I think I'm going to smoke test it to check for leaks and then maybe try and new boost valve.

The most boost I can get on any setting is 0.5 bar. Controller done nothing. Maybe it's either the controller not opening the valve at all or i haven't got enough flow in my intercooler pipes to create enough pressure? Possible blocked intercooler? Just a though, quite unlikely I would have...
