its a pre-mapped ecu based on the spec of their car hence it's may not suits yours at all.

ya but only when shifting at 8k rpm. my mech asked me to get a new ratio but all my m8 who are familiar with the gb told me its normal & just continue using it. it's quite hard to explain. it's the teeth on the ratio where the synchros sleeve is suppose to lock in.

redline GL-5 gear oil ie. 75w90 r bad for synchros. could this be the prob affecting our gb? what abt redline MT90 since they r GL-4 oil which r suppose to be kind to synchro ? moreover since GL-5 is mend for hypoid gear, could this be the damaging reason coz ours r helical gears? am not...
