Hi all,
Looking to restore an ek9, wanting to know what is the go too for bushing sets, wanting an OEM feel to it, will be used as a daily and occasional track car. Im currently looking to get a spoon set so was wondering if anyone has them and if they are worth the extra $$$.
Any other brand recommendations would be appreciated!

Thanks.

From my experience, ranked in terms of NVH levels, softest ~ hardest
OEM
Mugen
Spoon/Hardrace/J's racing all very similar
Polyurethane
Spherical

I wouldn't bother with the last two unless it's a well used circuit car.

In some cases you might find it cheaper buying new arms, but depends on your restoration goal.

Spoon are on par with OEM Honda quality and these seem to last 10,15-20yrs. I would always go Spoon personally for a road car although their engine mounts can feel a little much.

The problem is that it can be hard to find all the bushes OEM or even Honda. I've been getting a collection of them ready to do them all at once and some are proving difficult to get from Honda.
