Sorry I didnt get back to you...did you call me? As for the braided vs hardpipe argument...it takes thousands of psi of pressure to make the braided hose we make HEL hoses from expand, not a worry in a braking system as these pressures will never be reached.

Like I said, it will produce more heat than most other builds regardless of the power outputs, as it spends most of its time at really high RPM due to the gearing. Thats when the engines generating most heat.

Id say the bonnet is pretty functional, given the gearing, the engine is going to spend most of its time over 80% of the rev limit, hence its going to generate a lot more heat :)

why is it theres always one whos completely sound and one whos the total opposite?? best thing Ive found is to chat away to the sound one, be polite, answer any questions without being smart, and completely ignore the other one.

If I were you Id just replace the whole lot, with a proper big brake upgrade that doesnt use the stock 262mm calipers (ie, bigger pads therefore more contact area).

Hondata isnt a standalone...its a modification to a stock honda ECU (not to be confused with piggyback) Some standalones require different sensors...some dont.
