Well after doing more and more research it did seem that using a b16 would be the most cost effective way of doing what I wanted. My engine build will be strong enough to handle more power than I will ever want too should be good :)
:drive:
Gave the 9 abit of a clean as dust seemed to be collecting, also took it off the trailer for the first time in months!
Just so you know the right hight is not set up at all neither is any of the suspension geo, just incase you guys wonder whats going on ;)
The engine isnt far off...
Pistons and rods are second hand which i got for a steal! But are in good enough condition
Cleaned them all up and polished the tops
One of the main reasons the project got put on hold was due to moving into a new workshop, so dont think im just steeling someone else's photos ;)...
Literally not done much on my build for ages! Been really busy with work and studies which unfortunately come first :(
But started back up working on it again. Also had a few chances to the project:
No longer using a b20 engine, iv decided to go to a b16 as it seems to be more cost effective...
Well its been a fair while since I was last active on this forum and same goes for doing any work on the EK9.
That's all going to chance. Decided im going to finish the civic! I will get some update on the good ASAP
