195/45 if you dump it 195/50 if you dont difference in the comfort as well i had 195/45 up front and 195/50 rear

16x9/9.5 is too big for a civic imo, your gonna have to pull and stretch a lot of tire to get it low on those specs a lot is gonna depend on how low functional you want it to be need more info to give you a better answer imo

nope vti is not sold in the states. only 96-00 honda civic sold in the states to come with a b series motor is our SI/EM1. other then that it's all single cams.
