need help with choosing the right arms only recently just bought my motor, looking to do a few changes to the suspension and brakes before i move on to engine swapping.

Anyone got a review on a set of hardrace and D2's?

very much appreciated.

Out of the ones listed I would go with Hardrace as their rubber bushes are probably the best quality and the price is reasonable.

Function 7 are very nice and use a standard Energy Suspension poly bush, But are expensive and Skunk 2 are rated by some too, but again, relatively expensive.

Initially i was going to go with hardrace tbh as ive heard nothing but positive reviews on their bushings and most builds I've come across their bushings are used.
But then i got informed of a brand called D2 and M2.

thank you for the information @Kipper :).

Do you have any experience with the hard race bushings? could you enlighten me about what set of bushings to go for pillow ball or hard rubber? its more for street performance as engine swap isnt due for a few more months.

Its for around london and maybe the odd day to have a little fun on track.

Yeh have had a few different hardrace parts in the past, Never any problem with the bushings.

Personally would go for stiffer rubber if it's going to be used a fair bit of the time on the road. Poly is stonger again but will increase NVH levels and are prone to squeaking, could be over kill for your use?

If it was a dedicated track car I would say polyurethane as a minimum in most areas, But would opt for OEM style RTA bushes as stiff poly here can cause all sorts of instability problems.

Pillowball stuff will last about 5mins around London, NVH levels will be higher again than the Poly.

Wouldn't bother with the D2 or M2 stuff, as mentioned above Hardrace would be the one to go with out of those options but if your budget allows Function7 or Skunk2 are also very good, just be sure to check for reps as there are a lot in circulation. Also I think Function7 have stopped producing theirs so I hear so you would have to find someone willing to sell theirs.

thanks so much every ! helped alot :) i found a few reviews on d2 and m2 gear and tbh by the looks of things people were not happy

I have Function 7 lca's and Hardrace toe and camber arms. In my opinion the F7's are with great quality(yet to see how they will last in time), but a bit expensive. If you are on a budget Hardrace will be a great option.

I didn't even know that M2 have lca's, but I have M2 seat rails. I was actually surprised of the quality(very decent for the money), but yet again I don't think that they are made by them(they are the same as BuddyClub and Tegiwa rails). That said probably they also don't manufacture their lca's. I personaly would't even consider putting D2 parts on my car.

In short I don't think that you will regret using hardrace bushings.

Got a set of used hardrace arms here in good condition with no signs of wear to the bushes, pm me if interested

Deffo for the hard race I got there camber arms and traction bar.

There customer services are really good aswell, my traction bar arrived damaged and a new one was sent out straight away
