Anyone on here import a ek9 recently. What sort of money is it to import a facelift ek9 atm?

I would say you'd be starting at 7K GBP for a 150k+ km Grade R, Something 3.5/4 grade with between 100k-150k km's would be between 8-10k GBP OTR, Prices are climbing too.

Just curious to see what money is on them if I import one myself.
Any up for sale atm over here ?

There' a white facelift RX model that's B18C swapped on eBay.
Up for £9000. I'm not too clued up on the ek9 market as to wether that's a good price or not.

I've also been looking into this, after speaking with a few different importers they seem to think you will struggle to get a good EK9 for anything Under £10k as a fresh import OTR. That depends how much fee they're taking for themselves.

I've never imported a car myself but have certainly considered it.

It may be cheaper to find a car over here, its just finding one that's the problem at this time of year.

Any I find over here have all had engine swaps or stripped out etc.
If I do decide to buy one it will have to be really good grade have low miles and be totally original and have full interior etc Would be very hard to find tho I would think

You will hard pushed to find one of them in japan aswell, not saying there isnt any there but alot have been modded just like over here not many people keep them standard anymore

I keep looking to start bringing a few over again but they are just too expensive. As mentioned above, from about £7k.
Dunx

I honestly can't believe the price these have shot up to. I should of bought one last year had my crystal ball been working.

I checked that torque GT one out, it's overpriced in my opinion. It also does look like the drivers side wheel is pushed back as someone mentioned above.

Yeh, The bumper doesn't line up well with the wing either on that side, Also surprised that if it's a 'high quality fresh import' they haven't mentioned a grade of at least 3.5 given the price.

Yeh I just took a massive journey to go see this car. They fixed up the bumpers etc, but there's a definite issue with that front wheel and an oil leak.

Little bit late to the party. Just saw this post, and it reminded me of a 9 that had sold a couple of months ago. This would have cost just over £5k landed in the UK.

See a lot of companies bringing these over which were in pretty rough condition in Japan. I can understand why, as it's the only way for a business to turn a profit on them. But to say things like 'high quality fresh import', I think is incredibly dishonest. Importers love to advertise how a car is a grade 3.5/4, so to not mention anything about it, would make one presume it is an R. Not that a grade R is always a bad thing, just it should be mentioned on an advert!
