Off topic that came out incredibly well, really impressed. Before I fit my splitter I traced it on some cardboard to store as a template. Super keen to make a really thick one like this for track use.
Out of interest, what are the pros of running a thicker splitter? More downforce/air splitting?

3mm made out of ACM (aluminium composite material)
Basically a sheet of aluminium sandwiched between 2 sheets of high impact plastic.
The car is raised for the road (also splitter mounts are at highest setting) since it's my daily (Also car laws here are fairly strict) - the car would ideally be much lower for a track day. I think there's a slight upwardness in the splitter because the pfl type r lip has a "hollowed out" section in the middle (thus providing no resistance against the pull of the splitter). I would probably loosen up the splitter rods slightly and stick some sticky foam in there to block the hole and keep it straight, but it's effects are negligible on the road so until it goes to the track it's cosmetic .
Also the upwardness of it is probably exaggerated because I was lying on the floor (on a downhill facing up) when I took the photo, it's not that bad in person.
